Meet Your Coach
Dancer
Dance is one of my biggest passions.
I have been dancing since I was 3 years old and then trained as a professional dancer for two years.
I have my advanced diploma in dance.
Dance taught me a lot about the human body, particularly about alignment, coordination, and making movement fun. Unfortunately, I experienced a few issues around body image & eating habits.
This is one of the reasons why I do what I do, to try help women who need guidance or those who are struggling.

Bodybuilding
I have been weight training for about 5 years, but only getting serious about it in the last 2-3 years.
My bodybuilding debut was in 2022 and I LOVED IT and placed 3rd in my category.
I really loved the journey to stage, it taught me a lot which I implement into my coaching style to help my clients achieve the best results too.
I love pushing myself in the gym every single session, it is so rewarding and I want to share that feeling with as many woman as possible.

Value Nutrition
I've always loved eating yummy nutritious foods. But unfortunately, I developed an eating disorder when I was younger. I felt the need to change my body to make it as a dancer and this led to having an unhealthy relationship with food.
I used exercise as a way to burn calories & as a way to punish myself if I had eaten something "bad".
This continued for a couple years until it turned into binge and restrict eating. I didn't even realise I was doing it at the time. But looking back now, I wish I could go back in time to help little Chloe.
This is why I am so passionate about FOOD IS FUEL and helping anyone who is struggling with food.
